The following are the Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods by Neat Designer Clothing. It is imporatant that you read and understand these terms before ordering from us.
We advise that you read through these Terms and Conditions prior to ordering from us and then print a copy for your future reference. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you.
Purchasing from Neat Designer Clothing
The contract between us and you will be formed once we confirm to you acceptance of your order. We will do this by email for internet orders, by telephone for phone orders and for postal orders when we dispatch the goods. Prior to confirmation of acceptance of your order we will be under no obligation to supply you with the goods that you have ordered.
It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and is in proper working order.

Neat Designer Clothing takes your personal information seriously, please see our Privacy Policy. By sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you.
We will only send you Neat Designer Clothing related offers if we have your prior consent to do so and you will have the option to unsubscribe from any offers or communication.
Price
The price shell may the price quoted on the website. Please note there is an additional charge of £3.95 for delivery. We reseve the right to change the prices without notice. If we make an error it is at the discreation of Neat Designer Clothing if we honour this price or not.
Payment
Payment can be made by debit or credit card via our website, telephone or by post via cheque made payable to Neat Footwear Ltd.
We will deliver to the address which the debit or credit card is registered at to reduce fraud.
Availability of Goods
If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of either recieving a substitue product or a full refund.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel you must contact us before your goods have been dispatached.
Returns
Neat Designer Clothing offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee. This means that if you are not happy with your goods return these to us within 14 days of recieving them to recieve a refund. Please return the goods to Neat Designer Clothing, PO Box XX, Ellesmere Port, CH66 2RY. It is important you return your goods us via secure postal service. We recommend Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, as we can't be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.
When the goods are returned to us we will do a full inspection of the goods to make sure the goods have been returned to us in a saleable condition, this means
- The tags have not been removed
- The goods are unworn and are not marked or soiled
- The packaging is returned
We will do a refund to your original payment method within 24 hours of reciving the goods and the amount will be appear on your card within 3 or 4 working days.
Please note all refunds do not include the cost of the original posting and packaging.
Delivery
Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery and costs £3.95. We aim to deliver the next working day however we will not be liable to you for any delay beyond our resonable control.
