German fashion house Hugo Boss recently launched their designer clothing spring and summer range for the 2007 season. There were the usual popular styles on display as well as some new innovative designs for the famous fashion house.
Once again for the 2007 season, Hugo Boss have re-launched the Texas Jeans range in a variety of denim designs and even some in the higher price bracket. This is a surprise as the
Once of the most popular Hugo Boss products are their range of polo shirts. Once again Hugo Boss have excelled with an excellent range of polo shirts for the 2007 season. The Trooper polo shirts have been released in a full range of colours, once again if you shop around these retail at around the £50 mark. Hugo Boss have released the Pierce polo shirts with horizontal stripes giving the shirt a look of class. The Pierce polo shirts retail at over £65 and I think will prove a hit in the summer.
Hugo Boss have introduced a variety of new short sleeve and long sleeve shirts. The short sleeve shirts feature the ever popular Argy collection which sells at £55. Also introduced into the range is Lexy shirts which have wilder designs to the chest area and retail at over £70.
A new addition to the Hugo Boss family is the introduction of shorts to the range. These are classy swimming shorts for the summer season similar in style to the Armani Jeans range of swimming shorts but cheaper in price at just £40. Also in demand once again is the collection of Hugo Boss hats and caps and these retail at the normal price of £20. Whilst on the topic of accessories, Hugo Boss have launched a range of trainers very similar in style to the Prada collection but at the much more reasonable price of just £80.
Having now had a look across the range I think Hugo Boss have changed their approach to the designs of their range and have gone for a more daring approach with more patterns on the garments. Sales already show the popularity of the Hugo Boss Jeans range and also the Hugo Boss shirts.

The recently released 2007 summer/autumn designer jeans range has hit the designer shelves and fashion web sites and is a great range of jeans from traditional jeans, retro jeans and new hip hop jeans. Here we will review the new ranges in the 2007 summer/autumn range and give our opinions on the ranges and what price you can expect to pay.
Armani Jeans launched a whole new range of jeans for the summer season. Armani Jeans is one of the most popular makes of designer jeans in the
Hugo Boss have also brought out a few exciting ranges of designer jeans. The Hugo 677 jeans appear much different to the usual Hugo Boss designs such as the HB1 and HB2 jeans and the
G Star Raw has continued their innovative approach to designer jeans with the fly jeans once again proving the most popular pair of jeans of their range. G Star has shifted towards a much deeper wash colour on the jeans and the Outta range of jeans really do stand out as best jeans of the season. Another good summer range by G Star and normally retails at over £110.
Not to be undone
Once again as has been the trend for the last few years the Diesel range have come up trumps again and have an outstanding jeans range for the summer/autumn 2007 season. The Diesel Safardo Jeans are probably the best jeans out of the whole collection and have deep pockets to the front and rear and distress wash look to the knee areas. These jeans are ideal for many occasions and my prediction is the Safardo jeans as the best seller of the summer. If you are prepared to shop around expect to pay around £100 for these jeans, but in comparison to the other jeans these are well worth it.
Finally it seems the fashion hunter has a great choice of designer jeans in the summer/autumn 2007 season.

1. The best time to buy any products in the designer clothing industry is in January or September. These two months are the gap between the seasons of Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer ranges. The prices will be reduced to get rid of previous season’s stock and some bargains can be had. Stone Island Jackets traditionally have over 25% off during this period.
2. Shopping comparison sites such as Pricerunner and Kelco used to be traditionally for electrical retailers. However nowadays, more and more clothing retailers are listings their sites on these shopping comparison sites. A search for ‘Stone Island Jackets’ will give over 10 results and often the difference between the highest and lowest price can be over 30%.
3. For high value purchases customers should always use cashback sites to purchase their products. Examples of these are Quidco and Greasy Palm. Typically sales through these sites give back upto 5% of your commission. On a £400 Stone Island Jacket that is £20 in commission back to you.
4. Be cheeky and ask for a discount especially if you’re a regular customer. Designer boutiques normally give their regular customers a 15% discount card and online shops will normally give a discount to regular customers if you ask. You don’t ask you don’t get. Go for it.
5. On many e-commerce sites nowadays they have a ‘discount code’ box where if you enter a discount code you receive a discount usually about 5 - 10%. Have a quick search for a retailers discount code and usually it is quite easy to find. On a Stone Island Jacket this can save you over £50.

Hugo Boss is a fashion design business in Germany, which today designs casual menswear and womenswear designer clothing. The company is named after the founder, Hugo Boss. Hugo Boss was established in 1923 in Metzingen in Germany. This was just after the end of World War I when the country was recovering from the effects of war. Prior to and during World War II Hugo Boss specialised in designing army uniforms for the Nazi Army.
Hugo Boss death in ’47 resulted in the design company closing for a period of 5 years until 1953 when the company released their first suit for men. The first suit was a huge success and the company in the 60’s expended into causal menswear and womenswear. In 1993, Hugo Boss launched their fragrance division which has gone on to be a great success.
In 1999, Hugo Boss Clothing decided to separate the suits and casual part of the business and therefore Boss Orange and Boss Black were born. Additional Boss Green was developed specially for a sporty look. Today the Hugo Boss brands are available in 103 countries and more than 5,015 retail stores. In the UK the most popular Hugo Boss design are the Hugo Boss Jeans and also the Hugo Boss Shirts. These are available from all the UK Hugo Boss retail stores.
