Hugo Boss Designer Clothing 2007

German fashion house Hugo Boss recently launched their designer clothing spring and summer range for the 2007 season. There were the usual popular styles on display as well as some new innovative designs for the famous fashion house.

Once again for the 2007 season, Hugo Boss have re-launched the Texas Jeans range in a variety of denim designs and even some in the higher price bracket. This is a surprise as the Texas jeans are normally at the bottom end of the Hugo Boss range however the best Texas jeans in the 2007 season will now set you back up to £120! One of the biggest eye openers was the introduction of the HB26 jeans which are more alike to the Diesel range of jeans, which do not fit into the normal Hugo Boss designs with their big deep pockets and coloured designs to the pocket areas. These retail at just over £110 and many predict will become very popular this season.

Once of the most popular Hugo Boss products are their range of polo shirts. Once again Hugo Boss have excelled with an excellent range of polo shirts for the 2007 season. The Trooper polo shirts have been released in a full range of colours, once again if you shop around these retail at around the £50 mark. Hugo Boss have released the Pierce polo shirts with horizontal stripes giving the shirt a look of class. The Pierce polo shirts retail at over £65 and I think will prove a hit in the summer.

Hugo Boss have introduced a variety of new short sleeve and long sleeve shirts. The short sleeve shirts feature the ever popular Argy collection which sells at £55. Also introduced into the range is Lexy shirts which have wilder designs to the chest area and retail at over £70.

A new addition to the Hugo Boss family is the introduction of shorts to the range. These are classy swimming shorts for the summer season similar in style to the Armani Jeans range of swimming shorts but cheaper in price at just £40. Also in demand once again is the collection of Hugo Boss hats and caps and these retail at the normal price of £20. Whilst on the topic of accessories, Hugo Boss have launched a range of trainers very similar in style to the Prada collection but at the much more reasonable price of just £80.

Having now had a look across the range I think Hugo Boss have changed their approach to the designs of their range and have gone for a more daring approach with more patterns on the garments. Sales already show the popularity of the Hugo Boss Jeans range and also the Hugo Boss shirts.

Designer Jeans Including Armani Jeans, Hugo Boss and G Star Jeans

The recently released 2007 summer/autumn designer jeans range has hit the designer shelves and fashion web sites and is a great range of jeans from traditional jeans, retro jeans and new hip hop jeans. Here we will review the new ranges in the 2007 summer/autumn range and give our opinions on the ranges and what price you can expect to pay.

Armani Jeans launched a whole new range of jeans for the summer season. Armani Jeans is one of the most popular makes of designer jeans in the UK and especially in London and the north west cities of Manchester and Liverpool. Surprisingly, the most popular Armani Jeans of the new season appear to be the J68 with the distinctive design on the back pockets of the jeans. The J68 jeans go against the normal bland Armani design with their bright logo and back pocket design. Also popular are the more traditional J70 jeans which come in a variety of colours and commonly retail at £99. However, if you shop around online it is possible to get these for just £89.

Hugo Boss have also brought out a few exciting ranges of designer jeans. The Hugo 677 jeans appear much different to the usual Hugo Boss designs such as the HB1 and HB2 jeans and the Texas range. The Hugo Boss logo is now much clearer as a separate tag rather than the usual stitch on logo. It appears the Jackson range has also taken over the Alaska range with similar designs and prices at around £79.99.

G Star Raw has continued their innovative approach to designer jeans with the fly jeans once again proving the most popular pair of jeans of their range. G Star has shifted towards a much deeper wash colour on the jeans and the Outta range of jeans really do stand out as best jeans of the season. Another good summer range by G Star and normally retails at over £110.

Not to be undone Stone Island released their range right at the start of the season. However it seems Stone Island have done little to develop their designer jeans range. They look poor in designs compared to Armani Jeans, Hugo Boss or G Star Raw Jeans and surprisingly for the premium product prices start at just £90.

Once again as has been the trend for the last few years the Diesel range have come up trumps again and have an outstanding jeans range for the summer/autumn 2007 season. The Diesel Safardo Jeans are probably the best jeans out of the whole collection and have deep pockets to the front and rear and distress wash look to the knee areas. These jeans are ideal for many occasions and my prediction is the Safardo jeans as the best seller of the summer. If you are prepared to shop around expect to pay around £100 for these jeans, but in comparison to the other jeans these are well worth it.

Finally it seems the fashion hunter has a great choice of designer jeans in the summer/autumn 2007 season.

The Armani Empire

Giorgio Armani created the famous Armani brand and went onto build a huge Armani empire which even includes bars and cafes, furniture and the his high end fashion label all under the Armani umbrella.

Giorgio Armani was born in Piacenza, Italy. He originally trained in medicine and then went to train in photography. Unfortunately Giorgio in 1957 was called up to do National Service with the Italian army as was compulsory for all Italian nationals at the time. After 3 years of national service Giorgio started his career in the fashion industry by joining well known Italian fashion house called Nino Cerrati. He worked at Nino for just under 9 years until 1970 and left to work as a designer for himself. However, it wasn't until 1974 that he set up the Armani brand.

Since then a number of alternative Armani labels have been conceived, each with a difference.

Armani Exchange was intially created in 1991 to be Armani's inexpensive range and was soon very popular with the masses due to how cheap the products were. Interests grew at such a rate there is now 63 boutiques in the USA and 47 internationally. Prices for Armani Exchange have rose steadily over the years since 1991 and it is no longer as popular as it initially was.

Armani Casa is a collection of furniture and home furshings which shows how succesful the Armani brand is. Recently an Armani arm chair sold for over $1950 in New York!

Armani Jeans is the by far the most popular brand in the UK with sales extremely high in both London and the North West (particularly Manchester & Liverpool). The most poplular styles are the J16 and J31 range which retail for over £120 in boutiues across the UK.

Armani Junior features clothing for children in both male and female.

Emporio Armani was introduced as part of the brand as a youthful inspired line that markets to young adults. The success of this brand in the USA has been exceptional and continues to be the best seller in the USA. Nowdays this is the least expensive of the Armani range.

Armani Collezioni is aimed at young high fliers and professionals. Popular within the city of London as the collection is workwear such as tailored suits, it is the most expensive of all the brands.

Along with all the other designer fashion houses Armani now has a cosmetics collection which forms a significant part of the turnover of the Armani brand. This includes the skin care range and fragrance range including male and female range.

Finally Armani has made a massive diversification into the bar/cafe market and now has over 14 bar/cafes in the Europe/Asia area with the Armani bar in Hong Konk being the most popular.

In March 2007 Giorgio Armani informed the media that he was willing to sell the famous trademarks to the Armani Brand and this will surely spark a bidding war.

G Star Raw's success story

Since the turn of the century G Star Raw has made massive strides in the mens designer clothing market and now today can be considered one of the most respected and popular brands within this market.

G Star was established in 1989 and immediately became a popular brand with the detail and washed style of their famous jeans range. Today G Star has a similar style to the Penguin range and still the G Star Jeans are the best part of the range, in particular the Elwood Jeans.

One of the major reasons for the growth of G Star was the introduction of a range of G Star Jackets prior to Christmas 2004 and this proved a great success.

Check out Neat Designer Clothing for great deals on G Star Clothing.

5 ways to get a discounted Stone Island Jacket

Stone Island jackets are one of the most popular men’s designer clothing products on the market. Stone Island jackets are very exclusive due to their high value price tag and have a reputation as being the premiere brand in the designer clothing industry. This article will show 5 ways to be able to get up to 50% off Stone Island Jackets.

1. The best time to buy any products in the designer clothing industry is in January or September. These two months are the gap between the seasons of Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer ranges. The prices will be reduced to get rid of previous season’s stock and some bargains can be had. Stone Island Jackets traditionally have over 25% off during this period.

2. Shopping comparison sites such as Pricerunner and Kelco used to be traditionally for electrical retailers. However nowadays, more and more clothing retailers are listings their sites on these shopping comparison sites. A search for ‘Stone Island Jackets’ will give over 10 results and often the difference between the highest and lowest price can be over 30%.

3. For high value purchases customers should always use cashback sites to purchase their products. Examples of these are Quidco and Greasy Palm. Typically sales through these sites give back upto 5% of your commission. On a £400 Stone Island Jacket that is £20 in commission back to you.

4. Be cheeky and ask for a discount especially if you’re a regular customer. Designer boutiques normally give their regular customers a 15% discount card and online shops will normally give a discount to regular customers if you ask. You don’t ask you don’t get. Go for it.

5. On many e-commerce sites nowadays they have a ‘discount code’ box where if you enter a discount code you receive a discount usually about 5 - 10%. Have a quick search for a retailers discount code and usually it is quite easy to find. On a Stone Island Jacket this can save you over £50.

I hope you use these methods to be able to get a discounted Stone Island jacket and most of these methods work on many other products or services.

Hugo Boss - The history of Germany's most famous clothing brand

Hugo Boss is a fashion design business in Germany, which today designs casual menswear and womenswear designer clothing. The company is named after the founder, Hugo Boss. Hugo Boss was established in 1923 in Metzingen in Germany. This was just after the end of World War I when the country was recovering from the effects of war. Prior to and during World War II Hugo Boss specialised in designing army uniforms for the Nazi Army.

Hugo Boss death in ’47 resulted in the design company closing for a period of 5 years until 1953 when the company released their first suit for men. The first suit was a huge success and the company in the 60’s expended into causal menswear and womenswear. In 1993, Hugo Boss launched their fragrance division which has gone on to be a great success.

In 1999, Hugo Boss Clothing decided to separate the suits and casual part of the business and therefore Boss Orange and Boss Black were born. Additional Boss Green was developed specially for a sporty look. Today the Hugo Boss brands are available in 103 countries and more than 5,015 retail stores. In the
UK the most popular Hugo Boss design are the Hugo Boss Jeans and also the Hugo Boss Shirts. These are available from all the UK Hugo Boss retail stores.
